Are there documents that a notary public CANNOT notarize?
I am prohibited from notarizing:Copies of “vital records,” such as birth, death, divorce, annulment, and marriage certificates.
Documents that lack proper identification, contain blank spaces or are incomplete.
What forms of payment are acceptable for your services?

No. I cannot provide documents, assist in completing documents, or give legal advice. If legal advice is required, please consult an attorney before scheduling your appointment.Does notarization mean the document is "true" or "legal"?
No. Notaries are not responsible for the accuracy or legality of the documents. They certify the identity of signers, while signers are responsible for the document's content.Do the documents need to be signed in your presence? Yes, documents must be signed in my presence to be notarized. Upon arrival, I'll confirm that the signer understands the document and is signing voluntarily.
